Dear Karla, Thank you so much for an exhilarating and fun traffic lesson today! I especially enjoyed the reminders and sometimes new laws and information shared in a way that allows me to absorb the information, such as repeating information often 3 times and answering all questions in the moment. You’re readily available diagrams and toy cars, trucks, and ambulance enhanced diversity in learning especially because some students are ESL. You’re preparation and organizing skills were also noticed with joy! Good to meet you.

Wow, I learned a lot
Wow, I learned a lot sitting in this class. I was never bored or hungry. There was coffee and snacks galore. Karla hosts you and teaches you and the time flew by. I will go if I ever get another ticket only to receive a good education and her hospitality. Thanks again!!!

Even if my ice-cream is melting, I will always make a compete stop at a stop sign
Karla: I was very impressed with your ability in guiding me to meet the requirements for traffic school. Right down to checking on the completion record with the SB Co. Superior court. You gave step by step directions on how to get the final step where it shows I completed the online course. I thank you very much. I will always make a compete stop at a stop sign when posted and in my case in a remote residential area even if my ice cream is melting and a police officer is in wait. I surely do not want to take this hours long commitment traffic school again! Have a wonderful day. You deserve it.

I didn’t feel like I was wasting my time. I actually learned some things that will help me be a better driver and avoid accidents. The section on Distracted Driving was especially helpful.

I received a speeding ticket while driving through Minnesota…
…on vacation in June. I contacted Karla Wiley to see if participating in a traffic school in California could be used to erase the violation from my driving record for insurance. Ms. Wiley contacted the law enforcement agency in Minnesota and the local court while I waited in her office to see what options were available to resolve this issue. A remote video hearing date with the Judge was placed on the calendar to discuss the matter. Karla even offered to use her office for the video call with me on that day to help with any questions or problems that may arise. The call was scheduled at 7A.M. pacific time and she volunteered to come in early just to help me! The way you run your business is so professional, and educational and you really put your students education and success in your class first! Thank you also so much for the delicious continental breakfast, beverages, and the yummy lunch! But most importantly, thank you for the way you teach.
